The first Signature Premier Properties office opened in a little house in Huntington Village, in 2007, during a crisis in the real estate industry. Relying on home-grown professionals, we quickly opened new offices in Huntington, Cold Spring Harbor, Northport, Dix Hills, and on into Smithtown.
Signature Premier Properties owner, management and team of over 200 professionals are committed to giving back to the areas we serve. For example, our “Signature Cares” program helps fund annual holiday drives, such as local coat drives, food drives, Toys For Tots, and other programs.
