The thing we found so engaging about Kim was her positive energy. You knew it was all going to be okay and everything would happen. Selling a house can be stressful, but Kim’s energy and positivity helped us get through it easily. And she handled everything including having amazing pictures and drawings done of the property, being at every showing and even handling the inspections when we were unavailable. She really knew her stuff and all her recommendations including the listing price were spot on. The bottom line is, we had a signed deal within 2 weeks of listing and everything went off without a hitch. We cannot say enough good things about Kim. She was absolutely the best and we are extremely happy that we selected her as our broker.
