I would highly recommend Kim as an agent to buy or sell. We used her for both and couldn’t have been happier to have her on our side. She was available to us anytime day or night, weekday or weekends. She is extremely familiar with the South Huntington/Dix Hills area. There were so many parts of the process that we were unsure about and Kim walked us through each step. She has integrity, while not all agents possess this quality. Through the usual things that came up while closing on our house and dealing with a difficult seller and seller’s agent, she was calm and collected and really knew her stuff. She is helpful with recommendations and contacts when needed. When we needed a notary to handle a last minute property line issue right before closing, she had one come to my house to settle the issue immediately. Kim is a people person and we truly felt that she was doing everything she could to get us the most on our sale and then to close the deal on our new home. I just can’t say enough positive things about our experience working with her. She comes highly recommended.
