From the minute Kim gets out of her SUV, you feel her incredible joie de vivre. She loves her job and you can quickly summize that she is, indeed, incredible at it. From soup to nuts, Kimberly Filardi did an absolutely magnificent job in quickly getting a somewhat quirky home sold, and me, out of Long Island with good funds in the bank, in the nick of time. She is fearless. Kim is thorough, to a fault. Always prepared. Sharp as a tack. Drop dead gorgeous although I do not think she has a clue, humble as can be. A professional’s professional.
