After the COVID restrictions were lifted her contractors spent about 3 weeks in the house. We almost didn’t recognize it after they were finished. They did a total makeover for a very reasonable price. Kim then came in with her photographer and had him take a complete set of professional quality photos from all the best angles. The house was listed and sold the next day for significantly higher than listed. During the process leading to closing Kim stayed on top of top of all the moving parts to make sure they happened as quickly as possible. She always answered phone calls or texts immediately. Kim made a difficult time for my family a very pleasant and efficient process. We would not hesitate to use her in the future or highly recommend her for a real estate sale of purchase.
