We were introduced to Kim thru a friend that was selling their home. This is where our journey with Kim actually begins. Our friends were so impressed with Kim’s skills, btw, not easy to do with these friends, that they recommended we meet Kim when we were ready to list and sell. Our first impression when meeting Kim, had us sold. Why you ask? Here you go, and it’s equally important to note that I am also a tuff person to satisfy when it comes to business. Kim appeared to possess an incredible amount of energy. I wasn’t sure what to make of that. Then we sat back and listened. That’s when the magic first appeared. Kim’s knowledge, intelligence and kindness stood out. She immediately connected with my wife. So much so, that I blessed the 2 of them to work together and bring us the type of buyer we wanted. This is where I exhibited The full Kim package. She added a great sense of humor, especially when discussing some ridiculous offers. Kim took our hands and our souls from the get go and never let them go thru closing. I can honestly say she would be a tremendous asset to any seller or buyer. So much so, that during our selling process, she found a home to purchase for one of our Son’s. Closing pending until sometime in Jan.
