We are very thankful for Kim’s help in selling our house. We were selling our childhood house after our mother passed, and Kim was understanding and helpful, and there every step of the way. She was always available by phone or email, and kept things together even with the delays we had because of  a difficult buyer. She is also great at explaining things that might otherwise be difficult for someone not in the business, or who hasn’t sold a house before. And being from the area, she wasn’t just selling the house, but knew the neighborhood and school district, as well as local stores and transportation.
