From the very beginning Kim was amazing. She adviced us as to how much to list the property for, and what we needed to do to get the condo ready to show, which was much less than anticipated. Kim even recommended outside vendors to help us clean the unit and to clear the condo out of unwanted items, which allowed us to list the property only one week after first meeting her. Kim kept us informed throughout the process of potential suitors, and possible offers. In the end, she was able to secure a cash buyer who was willing to pay a fair price. Because of Kim’s efforts, we were able to close 3 months after the property was first listed, which was so much faster than expected. We are so glad that Kim was our agent, as no one could have made the process any easier for us.
