Kim closed on my mother in law’s home last week, who is a widow and quite unsophisticated in many aspects.  Kim was so incredibly warm, garnered so much trust, and treated her like a member of her own family.  Being that half our practice is real estate related, I can honestly say that we have never seen a real estate broker so committed to serving the client’s actual needs, as both a client and a person.  Coupled with the fact that she actually knows her stuff, there is no better broker to be found.  So thank you Kim.  There will be no jokes or punchlines here, only my sincerest thank you and appreciation.
