We were so lucky to have Kim as our agent. We were both new to the area and Kim’s knowledge of each neighborhood was beyond valuable. My wife was 6 months pregnant and we needed to find a house quickly. I was nervous we wouldn’t find a house in time for our baby’s birth and would have probably settled for any house, but Kim assured us that she would find the right house and kept us from buying a house that we would regret later. Sure enough she found us a house that met our needs perfectly, and just in time as the baby was born 10 days after closing. Kim’s professionalism and expertise made the whole house buying process as stress free as possible at a time when we had more than enough to worry about with a baby on the way. Kim communicated with us every step of the way, always taking time to answer any questions we had.
