I would highly recommend Kim as an agent to buy or sell. We used her for both and couldn’t have been happier to have her on our side. There were so many parts of the process that we were unsure about and Kim walked us through each step. She has integrity, while not all agents possess this quality. Through the usual things that came up while closing on our house and dealing with a difficult seller and seller’s agent, she was calm and collected and really knew her stuff. When we needed a notary to handle a last minute property line issue right before closing, she had one come to my house to settle the issue immediately.
